MyAccount is a web portal members can access any time to view and print up to 12 months of eStatements. Members can also view up to 2 months of teller receipts so that they can track their in-branch transactions.
eStatments are available to all Sound members with a valid email address. To sign up for eStatements and MyAccount, simply call (253) 383-2016, toll free: (800) 562-8130, or visit your local branch and a representative will add this service to your account.
Note: Upon setup, it may take up to 24 hours until you can access MyAccount.
You can find up to 12 months of statements within MyAccount, however Sound Credit Union retains statement copies for up to seven years. To access a copy of a statement over 12 months old, you will need to contact Sound and ask a representative to send you a copy via email or by mail.
We will discontinue your paper statements when your sign up for eStatement delivery. You can view, save and print your eStatements at any time, and they are legally the same as the paper version we email to you.
You will receive an email at the close of each statement cycle to let you know your current statement is ready to view.
If you are not receiving email notifications, there are a few things you can check:
Log into MyAccount to and click the "Settings" button to check that your email address is current and correct.
Login to your email account and check your spam or bulk folders for message from Sound. If they are being filed here, add Sound Credit Union to your address book to ensure notifications go to your regular inbox.
Even if you have not received an email notification from us, you can still log in to MyAccount to view your statements. They are generally available on or around the third of each month (depending on holidays and weekend hours).
If you've forgotten your eStatements password, you will need to contact Sound Credit Union during normal business hours to have a new password assigned. Once you are able to log in to MyAccount again, you can reset your password using the "Settings" button at the bottom of the page.
Once you have logged in to MyAccount, click the "Settings" button located at the bottom of the page. From there you can update the name on the account, your email address and your password. To save any changes, click "Update" at the bottom of the page.
